By accessing or using Zora African Market ("Zora", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our mobile application.

2. Use of the Platform

Zora is a platform connecting African vendors with customers in the United Kingdom. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device.

3. Product Information and Orders

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions. However, Zora does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any vendor is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All orders placed through Zora are subject to availability and acceptance by the vendor. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zora or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Zora's platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on Zora, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein, are owned by or licensed to Zora African Market.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
